These Codes can be viewed for free by clicking HERE FOR FREE CODES. No supplements to the 2009 codes have been adopted for use. The next code changes will occur in 2012 (when the next triennial versions of the I-Codes are adopted by state regulation). Click Here for more information. The UCC Code applies to all applicable projects as of July 1, 2004. This was the effective date of the Uniform Construction Code throughout the Commonwealth.
